June 13 NOON             Filing Closes for Gaffney City Council, Mayor &

                                    Cherokee County School Board

July 12                         Last day to register to vote for City of Gaffney, BPW & School Board

                                    Election  

July 15 NOON              Last day for submission of petitions to election commission for

                                    Name to be placed on November 4 General Election  

August 12                    City of Gaffney, BPW & School Board ELECTION 7:00 am-7:00 pm

August 15 NOON         Petition Candidates must be certified by this date.

August 15 NOON         Last day to file for nonpartisan offices that file by Statement of

                                    Candidacy including watershed.

August 26                    City of Gaffney, BPW and School Board Run-Off ELECTION  

                                    (IF NECESSARY)  7:00 am-7:00 pm

October 4                     LAST DAY to register to vote in November 4 General Election 

November 4                 GENERAL ELECTION DAY  7:00 am-7:00 pm
